Fleet / Operations Manager
Logistics & TransportationYou own the last mile. Every van, every driver, every route, every delivery window — it all rolls up to you. You manage the fleet budget, negotiate vehicle leases, oversee maintenance schedules, and hold P&L responsibility for an operation that touches thousands of customers daily. When delivery rates drop, fuel costs spike, or a driver rear-ends a mailbox, you're the one in the hot seat. You've built a career from driving to dispatching to managing, and now you're the person who makes the machine run — or explains why it didn't.
