Distribution Center Manager

Logistics & Transportation

You run the entire warehouse — every shift, every dock, every square foot of that 500,000 sq ft building is your responsibility. You own the P&L, you set the operational strategy, and you're the one explaining to corporate why throughput dropped 12% during the snowstorm that buried half the parking lot. You manage supervisors who manage leads who manage associates, and somewhere in that chain your decisions about staffing, automation, and layout determine whether packages arrive on time. The building never sleeps, and neither do you during peak season.
