Warehouse Supervisor
Logistics & TransportationYou're in charge of the floor now. You manage 15-50 associates across shifts, monitor pick rates, handle staffing, and explain to upper management why the numbers are off (spoiler: someone called out again). You live in the WMS software, you carry a radio that never stops squawking, and you've developed a sixth sense for when someone's about to drop a pallet. The hardest part isn't the logistics — it's managing humans who'd rather be anywhere else, especially during peak season when the temp workers outnumber the regulars.
