Route Lead / Dispatcher
Logistics & TransportationYou've been promoted from the van to the dispatch desk, and your job is to make sure every driver hits every stop on time — which they won't, but you'll die trying. You optimize routes, manage driver schedules, handle customer complaints about late deliveries, and serve as the first call when someone's van breaks down, gets lost, or delivers to the wrong address for the third time this week. You still remember what it's like on the road, which makes you a better dispatcher and a worse optimist.
