Spa Manager
Personal ServicesYou run the calm, zen-like experience that clients see — but behind the bamboo partition, you're juggling staff scheduling, product inventory, upset clients, therapists who call out sick on the busiest Saturday of the year, and a sound system that keeps playing the same whale song on repeat. You set the service standards, manage the budget, and somehow maintain an aura of tranquility while internally screaming about the broken hot tub. The clients think the spa runs itself. You know better.
