What you'll actually do

  • 01Lead incident response and serve as incident commander on critical outages

  • 05Conduct post-mortems and drive root cause analysis to completion
  • 06Negotiate with developers about whether it's a 'bug' or a 'feature'
  • 07Own the on-call rotation and somehow still have a social life
