Senior Security Guard / Shift Supervisor

You've walked enough patrol routes to circumnavigate the globe, and now you're the one assigning routes to everyone else. As shift supervisor, you manage a team of guards, handle escalated incidents, and serve as the point of contact when something actually happens during the 1% of the shift that isn't boring. You write the shift reports, train the new hires, and try to keep morale up on the graveyard shift when the highlight of the evening is a raccoon setting off a motion sensor.

What you'll actually do
