Security Manager
Public SafetyYou manage the entire security operation for a building, campus, or company. You hire guards, set policies, manage the budget, and answer to executives who think security is an expense — until something happens and suddenly it's the most important department. You'll oversee camera systems, access control, emergency procedures, and vendor contracts. The job is part operations management, part risk assessment, and part convincing leadership that 'it hasn't happened yet' is not a security strategy.
