Legal Operations Director
Business & FinanceYou're the business brain behind the legal department. While attorneys argue cases, you're optimizing workflows, managing legal tech, and figuring out how to do more with less — which in a law firm means convincing people that a $200K software platform will actually save money. You speak both lawyer and business, which makes you either invaluable or deeply confused at all times.
