Director of Marketing
MarketingYou set the marketing strategy for the company and lead the team that executes it. You report to the VP or CMO, manage multiple managers, and own a budget that makes people nervous when you explain where it went. You're as much a politician as a marketer — aligning sales, product, and executive teams around a strategy that everyone has an opinion about. The decisions you make are visible to the entire company.
