Facility ServicesYou run the entire housekeeping department — the budgets, the staffing, the vendor contracts, the quality standards, and the guest satisfaction scores that determine whether your GM calls you with praise or panic. You manage 50-200+ staff, negotiate laundry contracts, and maintain standards across every room, floor, and public space. The guests never see you, but the hotel doesn't function without you.
