Wastewater Plant Superintendent
Facility ServicesYou run the entire plant — operations, maintenance, compliance, capital planning, and the budget that determines whether you get new equipment or keep nursing the old stuff along. You report to the utility director or city manager and present to the council when it's time to justify why your invisible-but-essential infrastructure needs $2 million in upgrades. Nobody thinks about wastewater until it doesn't work, and your job is to make sure that day never comes.
