What you'll actually do
- 01Create and manage the technician schedule — everyone wants weekends off

- 05Coordinate with the pharmacist-in-charge on workflow improvements
- 06Handle personnel issues ranging from no-call-no-shows to dress code violations
- 07Run the operation smoothly enough that the pharmacists can focus on clinical work
