Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO)

Military

You've been promoted from 'do what you're told' to 'tell other people what to do while also doing what you're told.' You're the backbone of the military — the sergeant, the corporal, the person who actually makes sure things get done while officers make plans. Your troops look to you for guidance, leadership, and someone to complain to. You've earned every stripe, and each one came with more paperwork.
