Managing Partner
Business & FinanceYou run the firm. Every hiring decision, every major case, every strategic pivot — it all flows through you. You're part lawyer, part CEO, part therapist for 50 lawyers with enormous egos. The compensation is eye-watering, but so is the liability when something goes sideways. You've basically traded practicing law for managing the people who practice law.
