Lead Custodian

What you'll actually do
- 01Coordinate daily cleaning assignments and crew schedules
- 02Handle minor maintenance — light fixtures, plumbing basics, door hardware

- 04Manage supply inventory and submit purchase orders
- 05Respond to emergency cleanup calls — spills, flooding, biohazards
- 06Communicate with building management about recurring facility issues
