What you'll actually do
- 01Train new budtenders on product knowledge and compliance protocols
- 02Manage daily inventory counts and flag discrepancies before the auditor does
- 03Handle customer complaints and complex product recommendations
- 04Ensure all staff are following state and local cannabis regulations
- 05Coordinate with the inventory team on restocks and vendor deliveries
- 06Know every product in the display case better than the suppliers do
