Landscape Crew Leader
Skilled TradesYou run the crew now. You decide who mows, who trims, and who gets the blower (the coveted position). You're the one the property manager calls when something looks wrong, and you're the one keeping three guys on schedule across six properties before lunch. It's landscape work plus people management, and the sun doesn't care about either.
