Fleet Lead / Dispatch Coordinator
TransportationYou graduated from driving to coordinating — now instead of picking up passengers yourself, you're assigning rides to other drivers and making sure the fleet runs on time. You manage driver schedules, handle dispatch logistics, and serve as the first call when a driver has a flat tire, a no-show passenger, or a dispute. You know every driver's strengths, every neighborhood's peak hours, and every shortcut in the city. The pay is steadier than driving, but you miss the freedom of the open road approximately never.
