What you'll actually do
- 01Oversee all daily dispensary operations — sales floor, inventory, compliance
- 02Manage P&L, set pricing strategies, and hit revenue targets
- 03Ensure full compliance with state/local cannabis regulations (your license depends on it)
- 04Hire, train, and develop a team of budtenders and shift leads
- 05Coordinate with corporate (if multi-location) or ownership on strategy
- 06Handle state inspector visits without breaking a sweat (externally)
