Construction Foreman
ConstructionYou're the person between the crew and the boss, which means everyone's problems are your problems. You read the blueprints, assign the work, keep the crew safe, and report to the GC or project manager when things go sideways — which is always. You started as a laborer and worked your way up by being the most reliable person on the site. Now you get to tell other people what to do, which sounds great until you realize you're also responsible for everything they mess up.
